Everyone says that to be taken seriously in photography, a portfolio should feature only one genre, but for me, that is simply too hard. Gotta know the rules to break 'em! I simply can't decide on a single box to put myself in because I believe anything, literally, from a perfume to a person, has a story.

I love telling that story, so I suppose I am a visual storyteller.

Although I love all aspects of art, as soon as I picked up my dad's DSLR for the first time and shot my cousins on the beach, I knew that it provided the perfect balance of every aspect of art I loved so much. Photography for me is a way to share ideas, open conversations, and capture the moments in life to remember. I love that I can use this method to express myself while working hard to create something I can be proud of and, hopefully, spark something in others.

I hope I can spark something in you, too, maybe.
